How we use your information
We aim to give you quality and service of the highest standard, and will do our utmost to ensure your visit will be memorable for many years to come.

Menu Selection
To ensure your every need is catered for, we require your menu selection 5 days prior to your function.  Final confirmation of guest numbers attending is required 2 days prior to your function. 

Cleaning and Damages
The client will be held responsible for any extra costs incurred from damages caused, extra cleaning required or replacement of Sloaney Pony property due to negligent behavior by guests.

Storage
Sloaney Pony will not accept any responsibility for damages to or loss of personal belongings / merchandise left on premises prior to, during or after a function.

Responsible Serving of Alcohol
Sloaney Pony practices the responsible service of alcohol. Our policy is to serve our guests in a responsible and professional manner at all times.  This policy is communicated to function organizers and guests accordingly.

Cancellation
In the unfortunate situation that you are required to cancel your function, your deposit may be retained.

Credit Card Information
Sloaney Pony and agents working for Sloaney Pony cannot be held responsible for the transfer of credit card numbers by internet or email. Please be aware that if you choose to enter you personal financial information anywhere on the Sloaney Pony website it is at your risk.
