The restaurant, also referred to as the dining room, is a fine-dining experience with a menu deemed European with an Australian influence. Seating 45, the look and feel of the room is Old-Worldly. Big French-Chateau gates are the room’s centrepiece as is a white ladder for easy picking of the wine selection. There’s an exciting array of dishes catering to the pallet of all food enthusiasts.
